Appointments with a Clinical Psychologist are billed at $290 for a 50 minute session.
Out-of-pocket $144.75 for clients eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan.
All payments are charged electronically at the time of your appointment.
Letters, Reports & Correspondence

Letters, reports and correspondence are charged at a percentage of the Clinical Psychologists hourly rate of $290 (+GST).
Communication outside of appointments may incur a fee.
Rebates are not applicable to documents or correspondence.
Rebates

Clients can access a Medicare rebate for therapy sessions through a GP Mental Health Care Plan referral. This plan provides 10 rebated sessions, with each session offering a rebate of $98.95 (general psychologist) or $141.25 (clinical psychologist). Speak to your GP about setting up a Mental Health Care Plan.

Clients with private health insurance can receive rebates for therapy sessions. The rebate amount varies depending on your specific insurance premiums and coverage. To find out the exact rebate you are eligible for, we recommend speaking directly with your private health fund for detailed information.

We accept NDIS self and plan-managed clients.
NDIS self-managed clients will be charged at the standard rate of $290 per session and NDIS plan-managed clients will be charged according to the NDIS billing codes.
