Cancellation Policy
Given the high demand for our services and to ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for at least one business day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This means that if your session is scheduled for Monday, please notify us by the preceding Friday.
We also offer telehealth sessions as a flexible alternative if you are unable to attend in person.
Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or failing to attend, will result in being charged the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Payment Policy
All fees must be paid upon receipt of invoices. A receipt will be provided following the payment of the transaction. Please be aware that payments made via invoice will incur a surcharge.
Additionally, sessions scheduled during weekends, early mornings, or late nights will incur an out-of-hours surcharge. We value your understanding and commitment to these policies, which help us maintain the high quality of our services.
