  • Walk and Talk Therapy (only available in Brisbane) combines physical activity with therapy sessions, offering clients a chance to explore their thoughts and feelings while walking in a natural outdoor setting. This approach promotes mental and physical well-being, fostering relaxation and open communication in a less formal environment.

  • We offer therapy services for NDIS self and plan-managed clients. We provide personalised support to help you achieve your goals. We work closely with you to ensure our services align with your NDIS plan, offering convenient Telehealth options and tailored treatment plans.

  • We offer therapy services for clients using Medicare and Private Health Funds. We ensure our services align with your coverage, offering convenient Telehealth options and tailored treatment plans. Medicare and private health rebates are applied following each session.
